“Great meeting. Then nothing happened.” Decisions live in someone's notes, not in your system.
NextAssist: Assistants That Know Your Work and Follow Through
The meeting ends. Everyone agrees on next steps. A week later, nobody remembers who owned what. NextAssist joins your meetings, knows your work from your own email, calendar, and files, answers your phone, and makes sure the follow-up has an owner.
Sound Familiar?
“I spend my evenings answering the same questions.” The answers exist. They're just in your head or buried in a folder.
“We miss calls when we're with clients.” The person who called tried the next name on the list.
“We tried an AI tool. Nobody owned it.” It worked for a month, then it drifted.
What Changes
Every month you see: hours returned, follow-ups closed on time, calls answered (after hours and total), calls handed to a person, and questions answered from your own material.
Choose Your Assistant
Executive Assistant
Joins the meetings you choose, summarizes them, creates tasks with owners, drafts follow-ups for your approval, and answers from your email, calendar, and files.
Sales Assistant
Prepares you for calls, logs notes and next steps, drafts follow-ups, and flags conversations that have gone quiet.
Content Assistant
Turns your meetings, talks, and notes into draft posts and articles in your voice, for your approval.
Training Assistant
Answers your team's questions from approved material, supports onboarding, and gives people a safe place to practice conversations.
Front Desk
Answers your phone, books appointments, takes messages, and transfers callers to a person on your team or the right assistant. Every call is logged where your team can see it.

Questions
How is this different from NextMsg?
NextMsg is a Tool you run yourself for your messages. NextAssist is a Service: we set up assistants that know your work, keep them current, and report on them every month.
Which meetings does it join?
Only the ones you choose. You pick an emoji, add it to the title of any meeting you want your assistant, and it joins only those. It introduces itself when it arrives. You decide anything else you want to tell attendees before the meeting.
Who sees what it learns?
Your assistant learns only from the material you approve, and it stays in your own workspace.
Can it act without asking?
Only within the limits you write down. Anything outside them waits for a person.
