II. Build

III. Run
All three Care plans, plus a monthly 90-minute operating session with Dr. Martin and a quarterly review of your progress in each area.
Price
Setup starting at $6,500. Bought separately, the analysis and three setups start at $11,000.
Then $1,750 a month, six-month minimum. Add-ons from any service menu at their listed prices.
